About Us
Yolo Transfer Moving and Storage got its start over four decades ago in 1973. Our Metropolitan Sacramento moving company was founded on the beliefs of honest work and timely results. Today, our experienced movers still embody these values. We care about our customers, our employees and the services we perform in our community. They fuel our drive and motivate us to maintain excellence in our industry.Stevens Worldwide Van Lines Agent of The Year 2021
Yolo Transfer Moving and Storage has received the honor of winning the Stevens Worldwide Van Lines Agent of the Year Award for 2021. After its establishment in 1905 in Saginaw, Michigan Steven’s Worldwide Van Lines has become a leader in moving services. Stevens is also a full-service moving interstate company with agent locations throughout the United States and beyond. Stevens strives for quality in each moving experience and holds a higher standard than most when it comes to judging quality, but that’s what it takes to provide their customers with a stress-free move. Agents of this van line work hard to bring the perfect move to you. Our team takes time to make sure each move is the best it can be. We want to thank Stevens Worldwide Van Lines for this award and will continue to bring a quality moving experience to every move at Yolo Transfer Moving and Storage.Giving Back to Our Community
Since 1994, the Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services (SFBFS) has hosted their annual Run to Feed the Hungry event every Thanksgiving. This event began with just 796 participants, but now there are over 27,000 runners who show up to help raise money for their community. The money raised here benefits the community of Sacramento by providing to them free emergency goods and services to those in need throughout California. For three years, we have been grateful and proud to contribute our services to the SFBFS by delivering pallets of water for the volunteer runners at the Run to Feed the Hungry event. In December of 2022, the Yolo Transfer Team partnered with Sacramento Self-Help Housing (SSHH) for their 5th annual winter donation drive called “Housewarming for the Unhoused.” They collect items like blankets, pillows, and coffee makers to give to people who were previously homeless in their new homes. Our owner, Josh Tracy, his wife, Marrissa Berry, and their daughter, Madi, are in the truck helping to unload blankets. Giving back to our community is a core value here at Yolo Transfer, which is why we participate in events like “Housewarming for the Unhoused.” Learn more about SSHH’s annual donation drive by watching the video below. Our Partnerships
